Family

Kelley is the daughter of a world renowned archeologist and has inherited the practice of “digging deep” to find greater meaning and purpose in the layers of life and relationships. Through many years of practice and study, she has uncovered valuable tools and resources that she loves to impart, mostly through example, to her clients, friends, followers and family.

Kelley is overjoyed to be sharing her life with her husband Scott and their three children, Jackson ‘The Mini Buddha’, Miller 'Future World Changer’, and Lucy 'The Angel’ in Park City, Utah. Her favorite pastime is baking yummy things for her family, teaching her kids to face life honestly, and not letting anyone tell them that happiness is not a good goal.

Kelley and her husband Scott continue to use their platforms to assist programs committed to improving the well-being of African nations, as well as many initiatives in the US including work with Feeding America, the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, and the Park City Education Foundation.

I will tell it to you straight: if you want spiritual ABS you have to work for them…just like your actual six pack. To be clear, I don’t have a six pack but I do have spiritual abs…because I worked for them. The cool thing about spiritual ABS or real ABS is they are ALWAYS THERE. Just because they are hidden or under the surface or being blocked by cookie intake…they are always there…waiting for you to see them and use them and build your core so strong that nothing can kick you down.

Here is my method for FLOW and growing my spiritual ABS!

What are your non-negotiables?

I have three…and they all conveniently start with “M"– munch, move, meditate. Everything else is up for grabs because, well, life is a moving target. But these three cannot be taken, shaken or stirred.

My 3 M’s do not need to be YOURS, but you do need to figure out what yours are.

I start each day munching on celery juice, a smoothie, almond butter and… COFFEE!

Then I move. I walk…I walk…I walk…I'm like Forest Gump…walkin’! Walking is what works for my body, so I listen to my body.

Meditation has been a little confusing for people. Here is the actual definition– “think deeply or focus one's mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting, for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation.”

Notice how it doesn’t say– "go levitate in the woods" or "eliminate ALL thoughts". It says "think deeply or focus ones mind" for–and here is the kicker–”a period of time”. In other words, you can sit in silence for two minutes if that is all you have some days. Just do it!!!!!
