FLOW is a methodology that I created which means Finding Love Over Worry.

It is a methodology created around the understanding that we are in control of our thoughts, and that we can change them in order to live a life of FLOW.

FLOW is that feeling...that seemingly intangible, delicious feeling that seems elusive...until you realize that there is a map!

This is the MAP!!!

(F)inding: a conclusion reached as a result
of an inquiry, investigation or trial.

DEBBIE!! I so can relate to this. Most of my adult life I have been prone to over-thinking and worrying. I am very much still a work in progress, but I’m learning EVERYDAY how to find love over worry….and it’s changed my life. The biggest game changer for me truly has been in the observation. Stopping long enough to be present and observe what’s happening in THAT moment, rather than all the fears and worries of what COULD happen in the future. I certainly don’t have all the answers, but I am full of gratitude for the opportunity this community… Read more »

THANK YOU Kim, your response gave me goosebumps and I appreciate your help, I have started saying to myself before I get out of bed in the morning “one half day at a time” because it makes it easier for me to manage…but my biggest obstacle I hope to overcome with your help is living and enjoying the present moment because I find I am losing those precious moments so focused and worried about what has NOT happened yet (or may not even happen). Thank you.

Seems so simple, yet difficult since I have been a wolf for so long. Seeing the view as a hawk is clearly the best observation of any situation… Finding my vision has been a struggle; your clarity brought tears to my eyes… now to start the journey to sour through so many challenges ahead.

First of all, I LOVE how raw & authentic this video clip is, Kelley. Thank you for leaving in the “bloopers” and realness!

I’ve been learning this lesson for a while now, about slowing down, paying attention on purpose (the definition of mindfulness that makes the most sense to me) and about taking a breathe before I jump in and react. Still learning, but starting to feel the shift.

I kept going back and forth on which letter I wanted to comment on because all of them resonate with me. But (F) is the one for me … we can’t unsee what we see, unlearn what we learn, unknow what we know. Once you “find the find” it’s hard not to keep searching!

I have been following you for some time, I am grateful for all you share with us! I did the Cycle Map for August and it MOVED me. I have continued for September. I like checking myself, I am enjoying seeing where I get depressed and how to bring myself up. The FLOW method is helping with my anxiety. I could go on too long, I won’t. Thank you for creating this community for us (women, Moms) to FLOW together. Love is all we need!

This came up for me yesterday. My story may sound simple and silly, but it was a good moment that I was able to catch myself and ground myself and change the direction in which my mind was going. I was out grocery shopping with my young daughter and I found myself very agitated with how crowded the store was and how much longer it was going to take me due to the long lines and crowded aisles. I made a comment to my 11 year old daughter (I can’t remember what, probably something snarky!) and she told me I… Read more »

Something about myself that needs acceptance and/or change is present in all of these videos. I have attempted to cross that bridge for 10 years now. Maybe this will finally be the ticket!

Kelley, This moved me. You are so right. Stepping back and becoming an observer and putting participation on pause is a powerful vantage point. You learn it’s not about winning it becomes about balancing. Energy flows. Water flows. Seasons flow. The natural state is flow. I love the way you took a big universal concept and simplified it into breathable, conscious decisions to become balanced. It makes perfect sense. I am here because of a post you made a few days ago that happened across my feed. I too, have had those same “knowing” experiences since childhood. Thank you for… Read more »
