Morning Kelley!
Since introducing FLOW into my life it’s been amazing to see and feel the difference in how I respond to a situation. Now, when that ugly worry starts to creep in, I grab on to love which takes over the worrisome feelings. Reaching out and loving people takes me outside of myself and starts to heal those broken places inside me. It’s all about redirecting my focus and learning new, healthy habits!
